Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the boots you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn boots back in their original Bordon packaging, ensuring all dust bags and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our artisans inspect the returned boots, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
